Birria Tacos (Beef)

Marinated and charred beef cooked in our house made birria salsa which forms the base of our consomè. We soak our tortillas in the consumè before grilling them and adding the beef birria, cheese, onion coriander, and tomatillo salsa. Served in portions of three with a cup of consomè for dipping your birria tacos.
